Smart Hub
One quality hub for 3 frontends
An internal quality hub for a large marketplace: three frontends on one CI/CD pipeline, a chat → Jira bridge so a bug filed in a chat becomes a ticket with context, AI code review inside the team process, and production incidents taken apart in one place. Merchant cabinets and partner onboarding ride on the same platform; PostgreSQL and GraphQL tuned for the load underneath.

Eight AI agents handling a support queue: refunds, complaints, project errors. Multi-agent architecture — each agent owns its domain, billing splits into refund, subscription cancellation and plan change. Escalation to a human stays in the loop.

Paper fuel vouchers and anonymous cards replaced with personalized digital transactions and transaction-level anti-fraud. One mobile app for corporate fleets, drivers and retail customers, with loyalty, EV charging and mini-market integration on top.

A multi-vendor marketplace present on every channel — web, Telegram, desktop, bot — with seven subsystems sharing one headless backend. Alongside it, a grocery delivery service for Central Asia: one monorepo, iOS and Android storefronts.

Every lead lands in one operator inbox
Full digitalization of a children’s development center. We audited the funnel — the CRM sheet had been abandoned after 20 rows, so requests were only measurable at the cash register. Now a WhatsApp bot captures leads into a self-hosted CRM workspace on our VPS, with a bilingual RU/KK site and SEO in front of it.
